Of the outstanding debts owed by Clinton’s campaign to bill collectors, one glorious gem stands out:
Aetna Healthcare: 228,841.30

During his first run for elected office, Barack Obama played a greater role than his aides now acknowledge in crafting liberal stands on gun control, the death penalty and abortion– positions that appear at odds with the more moderate image he’s projected during his presidential campaign.
I don’t recall Obama ever knowingly gaming the American public into thinking he was moderate. He does speak in moderate tones, is genial and professional with his political peers, and will lecture you about the need to unite on common principles at a moment’s notice.
But at no time can I recall the most liberal senator in America ever disavowing his voting record. On the contrary, he’s routinely stuck by it, publicly expressing his bemusement that his peers would be ashamed of their own voting records—and by proxy—their beliefs.

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid was recently interviewed my Molly Ball of the Las Vegas Review-Journal:
Question: Do you still think the Democratic race can be resolved before the convention?
Reid: Easy.
Q: How is that?
Reid: It will be done.
Q: It just will?
Reid: Yep.
Q: Magically?
Reid: No, it will be done. I had a conversation with Governor Dean (Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean) today. Things are being done.
THINGS ARE BEING DONE.

Piquant, with a dash of citrus delight.
NB: This post was a joke and a test of the Chyrp publishing system. I am neither snooty nor gay. Not that there’s anything wrong with either.
